My photographic story of the ALBION PARK OUTDOOR CAMP KITCHEN CHALLENGE MAY 2011 The Albion Park Outdoor Camp Cooking Challenge is held usually on the last Saturday in May and is one of the clubs main events of the year. Supporting this event, club members put their outdoor cooking skills to the test, competing against other outdoor cooking enthusiasts. There is also the opportunity for club members to travel away as a group to other outdoor cooking challenges, such as Trundles Bush Tucker Day or the Victorian Camp Oven Festival in Heyfield, to mention a few. Whether competing or going for the support and social aspect, either way it makes for a great weekend. Cooking Challenge & Rules Cooking Challenge Sections, Entrée: 1st Place, 2nd Place Main: 1st Place, 2nd Place Dessert: 1st Place, 2nd Place Best Damper: Sweet Damper, Savoury Damper Cast Iron Chef Challenge mystery bag Junior Award Encouragement Award Overall Winner Best Camp Kitchen Billy Boiling Championship Kids Jaffle Iron Challenge Rules of The Cooking Challenge, Food handling, preparation and cooking to be done with food safety in mind .
